ARE YOU READY FOR COACHING?
How do you know you are ready to work with me? Here are some questions my clients asked themselves:
-
How do I find personal and professional alignment without sacrifice in either priority?
-
I am unsatisfied professionally but what do I do now?
-
How do I deepen my leadership skills to take my existing career to the next level?
-
What do I do about my fears and feelings of “imposter syndrome”?
-
I want a career change but how do I pivot?

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
There was a time when I based my happiness solely on external circumstances, but even when everything seemed perfect, I still felt incomplete. This is the story of what nearly broke me and how I found the courage to change.

During my decade-long career in consulting for nonprofit executives, I often heard affirmations like “We couldn’t survive without you” and “Thank you for saving the day.” These words validated my importance and impact, but I was still unhappy. Eventually, I discovered my true passion for building deep connections with individual leaders.

I decided to transition from nonprofit consulting to leadership coaching to align with my values of connection, empowerment, and holistic joy. My coaching philosophy focuses on deepening learning and driving action. As your coach, I will help you explore and create a fulfilling life by being purposeful in every aspect.
