As your career coach, I want to empower you to turn “one day” into “day one” and prioritize your professional dreams, own your power of choice and embrace the full experience life offers. There’s only one true you so let’s find out how that person can show up in all facets of your life. You have so much potential (you know that, I know that) and sometimes you need a hand in navigating how to make your desired impact. I am offering that hand to you.
Before spreading your wings in a way that feels inspiring to you, it is important to understand what inspires you. As your career coach, you will have my undivided attention, guidance and support. We focus on you as a whole person: values, goals, balance, fulfillment and life purpose. We will extend your reach to step into the boldest version of yourself and your professional life.
Here are my guiding principles in building Empowerlead:
To help you identify what brings you joy and align that with your natural strengths to empower bold decisions in achieving your professional goals. As your career coach, I will open avenues of creative thinking and possibilities that are outside the standard process to help you expand your current career or pivot careers to find your most fulfilling life.
My coaching philosophy centers around skills that help deepen learning and forward action to live life on purpose. As the client, you will focus on learning and action and as your coach, I will focus on deepen and forward.
When appropriate, I will use my network, resources and experiences to make and suggest connections to others who are working in similar fields or have similar mindsets and values to increase the 1:1 connectivity of people in the workforce.
Are you at the point professionally where you desire change to find more meaning or purpose in how you’re impacting the world? Do you feel stuck in how to move but know you are ready for a change? I want to help!
